I first uploaded the image I was copying, then I opened CINEMA 4D and attached it to a plane.
I then created a capsule and and changed the size.

Next, I added a HyperNurbs into it to give it smooth edges.
I then added a cyclinder and extruded every other side to create the neck of the Massager...

Next I added another cyclinder and added a Taper deformer to it.
I then selected an area where the power speed button was and extruded inwards.
I then created a cube and changed the angle so that it looked like a switch.

For the Power cable, I created a circle and then using a loft nurb, added more circles and then moving them out I was able to create the Cable.
I then copied it and placed it next to the other one.
All I did next was just add some basic colors and a floor and two area lights, then rendered it.
