Using a Star spline and then adding a Loft Nurb, I created the basic shape.

...Then adding a Circle spline into the Loft nurb, I was able to create the actual Cake itself...
Using more Star splines and adding a twist deformer, I was able to make the chocolate cream on top...
Hmmmm.......
