step 1 of 3

I created a square then changed the shape.
I then added some points and extruded them at various areas, i then added a bump map to create the texture of the Sponge.

I then created another shape for the Chocolate.
Again I added points and extruded them and again, adding a bump map for the texture.
Adding an area light with a light shadow, I then rendered it with a little Global Illumination.

I then thre it into Photoshop and changed little bits I was not happy with.
I also added a few crumbs...

Hmmm.
