first of all , I removed the orange aria by first selecting with pen tool

secondly I added the skin of bird instead of removed part
step 3 of 6
third part was adding a suitable background using background itself and adjusting it
step 4 of 6
forth step was adding the aria aside the skin by using the visible parts
step 5 of 6
fifth step was just for adjusting those stuff added in previous steps by using finger printing and liquify and using some adjustment such as overlay layers and using skin patterns which where included in photo itself

there was an extra step which I did not uses because it did not came out right
I used the removed part around the eye.
