Tried to make it look like it was attached to the hip. I used liquify and the transformation tool

Added a shadow on the ground
To make the light bulb transparent I duplicated the image erased part of the inside and did an opacity change on the bottom layer.

Desaturated the photo and gave a gradient over lay that had blue on top and brown at the bottom with a radial effect and added a sun flare inside the lens.
