Adjustment layer to change background color of grunge texture

Change color of spatter to red. Cut up pieces of the original texture and rearranged for blood spatter on skirt.

Used mouth from skull, changing color of teeth with various adjustment layers. Torn lips were actually rust spots from texture, edges against face soft erased to blend.

Used three color adjustment layers for skin tone: one green (main), one yellow-orange, and one blue. All set to color, with various opacity.

For eyes, dotted red to eye whites with soft round paint brush. Pupils made yellow, and added another layer of soft white.

Model's skin was so nice and smooth - especially on arms - added a pattern layer to give scalier appearance.
