First, Cut only the building from the original photo by pen tool. Then, change the background with source 1. Source 1 is too small so i double the photo and the second one, i flat it (Flip Horizontal).

Then, for darker the photo, use levels and brush (black, multiply) a little in required space.

Then, cut the man from the source 2 and place. Brush with black(multiply) a little too.

To be a mythical golden monk, change the rod with yellow (i path the rod and brush it). To be more brighter, in the center of the rod, fill with white.And brush around with yellow in lower opacity(as you like).

Brush with yellow to the body and ground and wherever it can be bright that you think.

In this stage, to be more realistic, it have a little reflection on the building. So, copy the only building layer and make a layer mask (i used hide all). Then, brush it to be realistic in required spaces (as you like but to be normal). Then, finalize the photo.
