Pieces cut from golden snake and arranged to make new animal

Duplicated some layers color burn mode

Duplicate same layers again, invert, then difference mode. Erased light blue on neck and tail where I wanted it dark, then merged the three layers. Also used my own photo of lizard head sized to fit and multiplied twice over original snake head

My own photo multiplied to darken distracting background. Multiply layer erased where I wanted it the original lightness

A lot of smudging approx. 50% strength with a spatter brush. I wanted my animal to be fluffy.

Added some shadows and highlights, and created a milk drip just for fun
