First, I desaturated (shift+ctrl+u) the photo. Duplicate that layer. Then, invert the duplicated layer and blending mode is color dodge(using 18px).

Then, use the pen tool to cut out the flowers from the original photo.

Add some shades in required places.
step 4 of 4
Then finalize the photo with accessories.(I used pen tool to cut two floral leaves from the flower.)
