gums and teeth- I draw using light yellow color over the green. brushed it on the center. and then pink color decrease the opacity and brush to the edges of the yellowish part. and make an outline for the teeth

glossy lips and teeth
whiten the teeth using hard brush opacity 22 down to 8% and brush it on each teeth in a horizontal manner.

Skin color - combination of yellow, pink and orange color, opacity use 100% on yellow and 16% on pink and orange.
