using liquify filter- bloat tool, I made the eyes and cheeks bigger and using the pinch I made her nose smaller

color adjustment

with freehand brush colored eyes and lips setting the layer to overlay

duplicated layer and added plastic wrap, set that layer to soft light and erased any unwanted highlighting.
Used smudge tool to give skin a more plastic look.

drew the front of the box with pen tool

filled selected area with white to cream gradient

with soft round brush added lines top and bottom to give bevel effect.
Filled inner area with white-light grey gradient

filled another inner area with orange

warped the price tab to give a arched look.
Added the finished price rail above the doll.
