FIxed the bluse by copy and paste the blouse and the strap. with a soft edge to kinda make it blend better.

Used the healing brush tool to get rid of some wrinkles on her face and the liquify tool to adjust the chin line and cheeks. Also a little bit on her waist.
step 3 of 4
A little dodge and burn on her skin, and on another layer a few colors with a soft brush, then change the blending mode to OVERLAY. This blends better with the BG.
