first: Resize the picture by using the clone tools

Third: Made the moon out of a circle and change the capicity to 50 and smudge it with the smudge tools to mix it up with the background.
Fourth: Burn the picture with burn tools to make it looks darker.
Fifth: Resize the photo again and center the photo into a black background so it become a photo frame, and smudge around the eage to makes it looks more anitque.
