Took surfboard and cut out from source. Then digitally painted and fixed all blemishes on the board. Chose colors that popped.

Cut turtle out, digitally painted turtle to my liking. Added sunglasses from source and edited.

Rotated turtle and surfboard, added water splash, and worked on final cleaning up of the image.
