Started with making the letters

Gave the letters a decaying look by blending 2 layers over them which makes them look greasy and pealing paint.

Added a small border, made the holes with a scattering eraser brush.

Made and added th ebuttons at the bottom, also the text.

Made the gear with some elliptical marquees, copied and rotated them then added a circle in the middle. Some bevel and emboss on it.

Added some pipes, decorations and steam at the bottom.

Made 2 speakers, one to speak in and one to hear. This to contact both members.

Added a green screen so the admin can have a preview of his site.

Because it all was to clean I added some grease stripes, white powder laying around and original some green slime, but turned those into plants.
Furthermore I removed some imperfections and added some imperfections to make the aging look better.
