step 2 of 6

Draw some colorful lines to about the middle of the sheet, maybe a bit further. You can easily do this by using the square rectangle tool and fill the marquees with any preferable color. i added a bit shadow on the bottom part to make a depth effect for later.

step 3 of 6

Duplicate the colorful lines, and put it so the top of the duplicated layer is matched up with the bottom of the original layer. Then go to "Edit - Transform - perspective" and drag the bottom right or left corner to either side, to make the bottom part make some kind of perspective effect, looking like it's a floor.
Add shadow on the top of the layer, so it matches up with the original layer.

step 4 of 6

Delete a part of the original color-layer (i made a retro-like-pattern to make it a bit more unique) to make space for some text.
I put
"APPLE INC.
REVOLUTIONARY"
for a comical effect for a contrast rest of a retro piece.
font is lemondrop

Added the apple logo, which i imported a picture, then traced it for the best quality i can get.
added some color effects to the logo for a nice retro style.
