Cropped the original image and placed the leaf onto the ice cube.

Copied the ice cube, pasted it on a layer above the leaf and then clone stamped the area which originally showed background through the cube.
step 3 of 3
finally reduced the opacity of the top layer to 36% so the leaf appears to be inside the cube.
