I added some background above the flowers by using the rectangle marquee tool, copy&paste, and the clone tool to fix it up.

Started creating the card with the rectangle shape tool. added texture w/ filter>texture

added shadows to the card to make it look crumpled using the paintbrush tool. also adjusted the leaf using the lasso tool and copy&paste. adjusted the main flower hue/saturation

Here i added the eye by making a two circle shapes and bevel/embossing the white one.
