then comes the cup... used the stamp tool to make up the brim...

cut a small piece of grass and wraped it to look like it's flowing out of the cup.. also masked out excess areas from the grass

pen tool> stroke with simulated pressure.. then added colour overlay and glow effects
step 5 of 6
then added a new desert layer and again changed the hue saturation and lightness
step 6 of 6
then masked out a part of the "blue" desert layer so it looks like light...
