Darkened and desaturated, tweaked exposure and manually darkened a few areas with burn tools.

Added ground mist, air mist and toadstool

added lights with colour dodge layers
step 4 of 5
added fairies with brushes and used radial and motion burr. added extra layer style to brighten wings
step 5 of 5
added spooky eyes and vignette and sharped to finish. Layers were blended with noise and subtle blurr to match source image.
