the cherry and stem shapes drawn with pen tool filled with color and shaded hi lighting for lips done with brush 2 layer 's blend at hard light and vivid light respective text added the feather like shapes are from the CS5 custom shapes it was transformed for shape and position and the paths were filled with color

a selection of lips was filled with color layer blend set to vivid light shadowing done with layer of color opacity lowered teeth are color with dodge and burn work for depth

for the drool, I pen tooled a shape close to what you see the path was filled with black this new shape was smudged and warped into shape there is the drop shadow, inner shadow, inner glow and bevel and emboss layer effects applied then the layer's blend mode is screen
