Duplicate the ball and position it over the kids head adding some shadow on the body and clone out any of the head that is still visible.
step 2 of 3
Take a copy of the kids head and position it where the ball previously was adding a motion blur effect.
step 3 of 3
Using the clone tool with a lowered opacity select any visible skin and overlay the balls pattern to complete the image.
