Here are steps for changing doll. Hair is cloned to extend upwards, visible arm is lassoed and duplicated to be used on left side. Hand is brushed in, then new arm is duplicated and added in place of right arm. Eyes are made larger using liquify bloat tool.

Doll has been scaled to fit the parachute roping and using the hard brush tool, a harness is drawn in and lines of roping are extended around the hands.

Design for the ground section of image is made using the liquify warp tool.

The ground image is scaled down vertically to fit at bottom of the scene and color changed with hue/saturation tool.

Trees are created with small section of doll's hair which is lassoed, duplicated, and used as tree tops. Trunk of tree is pulled out of treetop using the smudge tool then darkened with the burn tool. Trees will be duplicated and sized smaller at back to give better perspective. Variations in color will be made by adding yellow or blue with color/balance tool. Shadows under trees are created with burn tool using soft setting.

Final touchups are made to the sky and doll's face.
