A Work in Progress: Friendship

I started with a dark blue background and a soft yellow dot which I have created with a soft brush.

I have warped the dot to create a star shape.

And warped it some more

Then finally I erased a little part inbetween the points of the stars with a soft brush and I resized the star with free transform

I started to create a moon using a dot from a soft brush.

used a smaller sized soft eraser brush to take a "bite" out of the moon.

To create the clouds arround the moon I started with drawing the shape with a normal almost black brush.

I lowered the opacity of the layer of the cloud just like I have done with the stars as you can see.

Here you see that I have left a space below to create another part of the drawing and the nightsky is finished here.

I filled the bottom part with a heavenly blue color and I forgot to mention before, the clouds on the dark site of the image I had transformed aswell with the free transform tool to make them thinner..

I made a big blue dot with my brush about in the middle after I created a sun with just a soft yellow brush. the cloud i have created with a simple soft white brush and then i changed the opacity of the layer.

With a soft green brush I draw the land on the globe to create the earth. Done by memory so its probably far off :P

with a soft big dark brush I colored on top of my earth to make the dark side of the earth

Changed the opasity of the dark side and erased with a soft large eraser the light half

Then I started to draw the ppl one by one.
