Select the hands of the squirrel and copy them on new layer, place the heart underneath

Do the same for the other squirrel and place the key underneath

create a keyhole

Make a copy of the heart and scale it so that you picture fits in it

Take a glitter picture from the texture pack, make it black and white, adjust the lvls a bit and set as overlay

Duplicate and mirror your squirrels vertical. Set opacity down to 50% make it fit nicely in the heart. Final result

Cut out and place the rock in your entry. Duplicate the layer and set opacity to about 40%
