Created the icons by simply pixelating the images to make them look old school video game style. Hand drew the heart and did the same.

Isolated the tablet and removed the screen

Fill with a gradient and add noise.

Used a smudge stick them angled strokes.

Reduced the saturation and contrast

Used emboss blending option for the inner screen.

Added binary text using the system font.

Rasterized the layer and deformed to fit in the screen

Added my pre-made icons and pixelated a little bit more.

Placed the pen and smoothed it out a little bit. Made a copy and placed in under, turning it into a shadow.

Placed the table background. Stretched and blurred it. Added shadow under the tablet and a slight reflection.
Lastly, smoothed out rough edges, added a slight sepia filter and adjusted brightness levels.
