In this step I added a radial blur to the previous step.
step 4 of 5
I set the blur to overlay and shifted it down to create the background.
step 5 of 5
Here I used the burn and dodge tools to create shadows and highlights. I also used the line tool to create the web line. I used a default photoshop brosh to create some glare on the web line.
