Extracted the Fat Bottom Girl with pen tool. Smudged her hair for blending purposes. Transformed her for more rotundness with the free transform tool just widened her a little while shortening her.

Text tooled a tattoo on her hiney. Clipped a photofilter adjustment layer to her.

For the lighting effect I filled a layer with 50% gray color.To this color layer I placed a yellow colored spot light lighting effect. This layer is on top of stack. Its layer blend mode is set to color burn and the opacity is 45%
