Select parts of the front pilar and rotate and move them.

Add the dust clouds source. First a color range selection to select only the cloud parts (including little particles). Apply a mask and use a brush with low opacity to blend things.

Add other source for the ground parts. Use adjustment layers for color correction.

Extract the horseman statue and apply some color to it.

Add the sword to the image.

Position the horseman.

Add additional dust clouds hiding the point where the rocks and aquaduct meet.

Reposition the background and some color corrections.
