duplicated layer and set it to color burn

painted white over the face an set it to overlay.

added green to the left side of the face and set it to overlay duplicated the layer.

added glow to left side of face and set to overlay, then duplicated the layer and set it to color dodge.
step 7 of 8
added a glow to out side of head.
step 8 of 8
added green and whit glow around head using space brushes.
