Create Sphere with lots of surfaces.

Inner bevel the individual surfaces.

extrude those fragments with some variance to match a real mirror ball & add a mirror texture to the surfaces.

Add the bit the the ball hangs on.

Create the motor and string.

Attach string to ball.

Create a base plate.

Setup some spots and create a basic room and Voila!
