I chopped out the zipper, rescaled it and warped it to match the size of the suricate.

I cut the "fur coat".

I added the skin and I remade the background using the Stamp Tool (behind the suricate)

I added some shadows and highlights on the skin. And then I painted some fur over the zipper and on the face of the suricate.

I added some Adjustment Layers and this was all.
