First i took the two scarecrows out of the original source image.

I added a few friends from photos I have taken recently in Greeneville, Tennessee...the town has a cool scarecrow contest in October. All scarecrows are from my own photographs. No internet images were used or borrowed.

Background was added after the images were cleaned up a little.

Finally, I played with some filter options give the image the snapshot look. Darkened the edges...adjusted the hue and saturation. Oh yeah...and added the cups and crow.
