Extract the stick figures from original source by using magic wand (as they are solid colour) and duplicate them. By duplicating, I will retain the original source in case something goes wrong and I need to revert to my original source. As the figures are white colour, having black layer for the background will enable me to see the figure clearly

I start with Wolverine figure first, by using custom shape that has been provided by Photoshop, I'll try to find the shape that I can use for the claws. In this case, I use a pen shape

Once the claws are set, I work on the hair by using leaf shape that resemble Wolverine's hair

Working on the Cyclops by using oval shape as the goggle

The oval shape is duplicated and rectangular shape is added in the middle of the goggles to link left and right oval shape

To emphasize the Cyclops ability, I duplicate the oval shape and change the colour into red

Fortunately, Photoshop has provided lightning shape at the custom shape. I use it to show express Storm's ability

Duplicate the lightning shape, reflect it horizontally and add cloud shape above it

Hair shape is created by using grass shape

I duplicate the grass shape, rotate it and scale it to create more hair for Storm

Kitty Pryde is create by adding a rectangular shape to represent a wall

And cut the lady figure by half, and put it in the correct position

I work on the text by separating each word and reposition them in such way, so I will have space to add "X-" letters

Letter X- are added by using text Tool and Bevel Layer style is used to match the raising text effect with the original text

Arrange all of the figures and text on the black background

And finally, grey rectangular shape is added to resemble the original toilet sign
