Use Pen tool to cute out Man, Grey and Black Background. Replace the Background with Grey and Black Squares.

Use Grunge Brush to add texture to your background so it wont look plain. Use stock brushes to add a thinking cloud. Make sure your texture layer is below the man and Thinking cloud.
