For this entry I used several of my own shots, this rock for one...

I took several shots of scissors and tried to avoid too much reflection from odd angles

I drew some "fearful eyes" in pencil, really small. Next, I photocopied them several times for effect and further manipulated them in Photoshop to make them look a bit grungy and printed them out on a sheet of paper so that I could crumple it up for a picture of the paper in the composition.

The images were assembled in photoshop along with stock images gathered from contributors to the StockXchange site.
