Snow from source is lassoed off then duplicated over rest of field.

Eraser tool slightly erases enough 'snow' to allow corn stubbles to show through, snow is highlighted using the dodge tool, then barn is chopped and added to scene. Barn is scaled down and slightly reduced in contrast to set it back in scene.

Grass on left front was covered with snow, so has been lassoed from original source and added again. Edges are merged using soft eraser tool, then layer is merged with background.

Dogs are now chopped, scaled to size and added to scene. Motion blur is added to running dog.

Snow layer has been add using paint brush streaks then motion blur. Also, some soft, light-colored spray with airbrush is used for some 'blowing' snow and some steam coming from the horses nose. Finally, a filter in yellow at 25% is added over image (after all layers are merged).
