Desaturate both images and multiply

Add contrast and sharpen ice cube layer which is over face

make the two layers into one layer and then clone out eye
step 5 of 7
make this layer from face layer by cutting the shape
step 6 of 7
add cut face over the merged face layer the add a new layer under face shadow with black brush
step 7 of 7
Add light in eye with soft brush on a separate layer and then color face blue on the face layer
