The deck floor is a plane, it's railings are AEC geometry (rail.)The hot tub is a cylinder with top poly removed. The water is a circle spline that has been extruded and a VRay water material applied. A box with a boolean modifier surrounds the tub (cylinder). Plants are Max foliage in a cylinder with top poly removed. All textures were inherit to max or downloaded from the link provided.
