The tutorial didnt gave me the excact effect I was looking for so I did not folowed it completely all the way through but changed my ways and started drawing with the pentool folowing the shapes of the photo.

Little more parts finished with the pentool. I like to mention that I used stroke in the effects to give it a cartoonish look with a black outline.

Everything drawn with the pentool here but was still not satisfied with the result to be honest.And i decided to continue working on this piece.

So I started to draw the shadows in a different tone of the skincolor to give it more a cartoon effect. Also used the pentool for this

I removed the "dirt" below my pentool shapes by putting a layer below it and painting over the dirt with the brush in the same color as the skin.
Now I was in doubt on how to continue.. add text or no.. I decided not to I wasnt making a commic I was try giving a picture a cartoon effect. So I didnt added text because there wasnt text in the picture neither.
