with each part on a seperate layer I used bevel + dodge and burn.

created base sphere using eliptical marquee and gradient fills. Transform perspective used for placement.

eye- eliptical marquee with gradient fill, smaller selection with cloud render + radial blur zoom. Duplicated layer, added smart sharpen and made smaller for Iris.
