Warp the pepper to make a heart shape, flip for opposite side. Later added a slight red color fill just where the baby is - after all, with all that salsa, her skin is turning pinker!

The label began with a simple rectangle and circle shape, merged, then added a beveled edge with gradient fill. Leaf shape is a default shape with the program.
