Open the original image (the two parts of the lighter), copy and make the necessary transformations and deformations to assemble the robot. Use any source of ED-209 as an inspiration.

Place arms by using the lighter and form the body.

Make buildings, using the image lighter, using the conversion tool, make adjustments to images, coloring the buildings, blur and put about 80% opacity.

Open a new layer, paint it blue and use the gradient tool to darken the background.

Lighten the floor using a brush and shade the robot.
step 8 of 9
Using round brushes with 100% hardness in yellow and red flames and then make using the blur, make the silhouette of the flame.
step 9 of 9
Open a new layer and using a soft brush with 20% hardness of a much larger scale, in yellow, do the brightness of the flame. Using layer styles (outer glow and inner glow), highlight the brightness of the flame as desired.
