step 1 of 3

Mounted the picture of the notepad on a black background.

Cut out and added the grapes, then selected only the shadows of the grapes, added a coloured pencil and a crosshatch filter to it

step 2 of 3

As in the step before but this time selected the midtones of the grapes and used slightly different pencil effect filters.

step 3 of 3

Added the leaf using using only the midtones, and used the pencil filter
