It all starts with the bird and the indian from "Indian 1" chopped together.

Details are added, such as color change and so to make the paper look more like clothing.

More details. The feather earring comes from "Indian 2", plus some other additions from "Indian kid".

Background is finally placed. With further level adjustments the job is done!
