did lots of skin smoothening with mostly the stamp tool on a lowered opacity. Also lots of spot healing tool and patch tool to fix up blemishes. Selected he skin and color corrected it. also made the eye bigger, and reshaped the lips. Then matched the color of the earring to the lips. and made the eye more green. Painted some shadows and highlights on a soft light layer.
