with a basic soft brush I change color of lips and eye make up

I add eye light and a light to nose ( did with same basic brush :) )
step 4 of 7
with a very soft brush and smurdge tool I create "the eye" and I add a soft blue light to her face
step 5 of 7
I create " spin thing" with render cloud filter and marque tool ...also transform tool and modify feather was involved in this step
step 6 of 7
I add the dragon...
step 7 of 7
...and color it...last step was to add a lens flare effect and it's done...
