Clone tool along with airbrush tool removes hair on forehead. Face is chopped out, moved over face on painting then scaled to fit over original face. Edges are softened with eraser tool. Hair over forehead is cloned along face after merging face to background. Color/hue/brightness changes are made to match hand coloring as much as possible. Dodge and burn tools also are used in matching skin colors and to add shadows aand highlights where needed.
