Liquify barrel with bloat tool to create eyeball.

Feather, feather, feather the edges with smudge tool.

Duplicated, blended. End trimmed to curve using pen tool

Chain taken from spring. Shadow and artifacts eliminated by copying, pasting and flipping clean sections to fit, and soft eraser to blend. Once one section was satisfactory, copied and pasted to create full length. Narrowed to 55% of original width.

Gradient added to give wings more of a transitional look from blue to green.

Background: piecing "clean" areas of cinder blocks, then increasing size to fit artboard.

Applied polar coordinates filter 3 times to create what appears to be a "fountain" look.

To shape the colored leaves into flowers, used the eraser as a spatter brush.
