Select pool water to change color by color overlay.

Turn down the opacity of the overlay layer to show pool floor. Floor was adjusted for perspective.

Drew subtle shadow for pool walls and depth.

Masked urn, warped to simulate better perspective for the stands. Changed color to brighten.

Masked flowers and placed in urn. Created slight shadow under bouquet. Copied various times and changed size to match size of block stands, blurred to blend with original image and to create depth.

Warped flame to fit braziers. Duplicated and resized for scene.

Copied and flipped flowers and flames to create reflections. Applied motion blur, a little ocean ripple filter.
Added Exposure layer and brought back lights.
